Dunkley Digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
4. Services Provided
Website Design and Development
Our service covers the full spectrum of website creation, from initial design concepts to final deployment, ensuring each site is uniquely tailored to meet client specifications and brand identity. This includes domain registration and reliable website hosting. We also focus on responsive designs to ensure optimal performance across all devices, as well as seamless integration with essential plugins and tools for enhanced functionality and user experience. Every site is developed with scalability and SEO best practices in mind, laying a strong foundation for future growth and visibility.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

5. Client Obligations
Provision of Information
Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing such materials may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Compliance and Licensing
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided does not infringe on third party rights, including copyrights and trademarks. Dunkley Digital disclaims responsibility for verifying such rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Dunkley Digital, including but not limited to website designs, SEO strategies, written content, advertisements, and marketing materials, remains the intellectual property of Dunkley Digital until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, the ownership rights of specific deliverables are transferred to the client, while Dunkley Digital retains the right to display portions of completed work in our portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
Both Dunkley Digital and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Information will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual obligations and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
8. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, including initial deposits and ongoing payments, will be specified in individual project proposals.
Failure to make timely payments may result in a halt of services until the account is current.
All fees are non refundable unless otherwise specified in the service proposal.
9. Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee of Results
While Dunkley Digital will work diligently to achieve project objectives, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or financial gains.
Indirect Damages
Dunkley Digital is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables.
Limit of Liability
Dunkley Digital’s liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
While Dunkley Digital aims to deliver measurable results through customized marketing strategies, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes, including rankings, traffic, or sales metrics, as these are influenced by numerous external factors. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties, expressed or implied.
11. Termination
Termination by Client
The client may terminate the contract with notice (30 days), subject to payment for work completed and any non refundable fees as outlined in the contract.
Termination by Dunkley Digital
We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client breaches these Terms or fails to provide required information or payment.
Post Termination Rights
Upon termination, Dunkley Digital will retain ownership of any work completed until payment is received in full.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (for the UK) and the European Union (for EU countries), without regard to their conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales or the courts of the European Union, depending on the location of the dispute.
13. Amendments
Dunkley Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
